4-week Self guided program

This is a 4 week guided program where we do not do weekly check ins and there is not any macro guidance. Whether you are experienced in the gym or just getting your foot in the door and don’t want/need the weekly guidance yet, this is the program for you!

Get to Know Jay

My passion for fitness began at an early age when I started playing football. I began to see changes in my body and increases in my performance. As I started focusing on my fitness more, I honed my passion into a lifestyle. I have been hooked ever since.

Having a relentless work ethic and discipline to be better each day has helped me achieve many of my goals over the years. Now I am excited to instill that same drive into you.

My goal now is to help others transform themselves through coaching. Prioritizing your health and nutrition, while training you to your body goals and beyond. You will begin to see improvements in your self-confidence and other aspects of your life. Fitness improves not only your body and physique, but also your life. No matter your goal, I am here to help!
